Service Fee Policy
All ticket purchases through Truck Madness / Truck Attack are subject to a minimum service fee + processing fees. This service fee is non-refundable and helps cover the costs associated with ticket processing, platform operation, and customer support.

Ticket holders must present their tickets on entry. You can either print your ticket or present this digital version. You can find all the details about featured events on our website. If you have any questions or issues, contact the event host. There are no refunds. The ticket does NOT guarantee entry if the event is sold out or venue capacity is reached. Plan to arrive early. Promotion Policy:

All promotions and offers are valid to clients 21 years of age and older (unless otherwise specified). All flyers and promotions contain an age disclosure at the bottom of the promotional flyer or text. Ticket Machin reserves the right change, modify, or cancel any promotions with out any previous notice. In most cases the promotions are held by the event hosts, and any questions or discrepancies must be handled through the event host.
